Just wanted to say a big Thanks! and offer many many kudos to the team for including Irfanview in synaptic. I was getting ready to download the latest Windoze version and install it with Wine when I found the package in the repos, totally unexpectedly. I don't really enjoy working with Wine myself as I have had mediocre success getting things to install properly with it. So it was with much gladness that I painlessly and quickly installed Irfanview through synaptic.
