KDE 4.8.3 fully updated
I have a problem with KremoteControl not working first time, I have to fully restart for it to work otherwise
it shows inactive (is crossed out) and my IR remote won't work. Logging out won't fix it. I have tried restarting
the lirc demon which usually sorts this kind of glitch but this time that doesn't work.
I did notice that during the tricky upgrade to KDE 4.8 the Remote Control app was removed. I reinstalled it and
I think that's when the problem arose.
Any ideas?.
