Linux and Win 7 (solved!, thank you!)

I have q really stupid question, but I've never done this as I normally run Linux only, and this is the first machine that I have dual booted XP and Linux.

Question is, I know someone who has a lappy with Win 7 on it, and I've talked him into putting a copy of Linux on it. But if he's not happy with Linux, how do I get grub off after un-installing Linux? It's just something I've never done, I "think" you could use FDISK /MBR on like an XP install to get the master boot record back, but unsure how to do this with Win 7..

You will boot with Windows 7 dvd and select "Repair Your Computer"

Then you will type in command prompt: bootsect /nt60 SYS /mbr

This will restore the mbr of Windows 7.


Of course, this is not a Windows forum :P

Well, didn't think abt a Win forum, just wanted to know HOW to do this... Never had this problem before.
