A set of beautiful icons
« on: October 06, 2012, 06:38:35 AM »
Dream Linux closed this week and they put their set of icons for download. I had always like them, maybe can be used here

+1

They are pretty and clear, particularly at larger sizes, and all the main ones are in svg format, i.e. completely scalable. They are not quite ideal for use with KDE though. They are created for GTK based desktops, and for that use the icon set is almost complete. Nevertheless, when used with KDE most of the icons for the different categories in System Settings (for instance) become identical. But if I were not using KDE I might pick an icon set like this one.
Feed the trolls!
They need it!

AMD Athlon 7450 Dual-Core Processor, 7.80 GiB RAM, Nvidia GeForce GT 120/PCIe/SSE2, OpenGL/ES-version: 3.3 0 NVIDIA 295.40, SBx00 Azalia (Intel HDA) soundcard, ‎Logitech B500 webcam, SAA7146 DVB card, HDDs: Seagate 250824AS, Western Digital WD10EAVS-00D
