Welcome Dutchman.

research.
I use the Heanet repository which is still 3.6.1.....
I am just offered updates on my Netbook and lomanger -3.6.2-1pclos2012 is one of them, together with hdparm, libnotify and libnotify4.
It's from
http://pclosusers.com/pclosfiles/ while
http://ftp.headnet.ie/pub/pclinuxos/apt/ still has 3.6.1
I guess it's only a matter of short time before that one is also synchronized with the rest of the pack.
Anyway I can now install the Dutch language packs through lomanger-3.6.2 for the already (in the first post yesterday) manually installed LibreOffice-3.6.2 with the aid of Firefox.
I have been having a fight with an Acer Aspire D270
I will give my remarks on that one in the
appropriate post whenever I can make useful remarks.

And for the rest of the contributions: Thanks for clearing things.
I only want to emphasize that lomanger still has a problem in that it declares what is stated in the Quote of the first post and it uses
Konquerror to show
this link.
By following 1b) Alternative offline installation: >>
a) if an older LibreOffice version is installed run lomanager and choose: Completely remove LibreOffice.<< and not showing the contents of >>
LibreOffice 3.6.2 en_US packages plus installer for 32- and 64-bit can be downloaded from here: << I ended up without any LibreOffice.
Only by using Firefox to show
here I could manually install LibreOffice.
And while I am now making remarks about lomanager, here is another one.
As it takes some time (especially on slower hardware) starting lomanger and the first screen with "
Testing if system is uptodate.",it's maybe a good enhancement to show a screen with something like "
I am working for you, please wait..."
