Transfter files from my motorola atrix2 to linux?

How do I see the files (pictures, videos, etc..) on my phone so I can copy them off?

When I plug the phone in, I get a "Morotorola" on the side bar of Dolphin, but I only see the file to install the windows drivers.

(autorun, config.ini, motohelper....drive.exe, and setup.exe) I can't navigate to the /dcim folder.

I tried this on the phone, but it doesn't help. Maybe its needed but I maybe I need to do something else in addition.

My phone is not rooted, nor do I plan on rooting it and voiding my warranty.

As far as my cellphone I am low tech and old school; LG VX8300 vintage cellphone. 

I gave up trying the USB data cable route to transfer my cellphone photos under Linux and to be honest I haven't tried lately.

Solution: Transfer photos from on camera storage to my in-camera 2 GB Micro SD card and use an Micro SD card adapter/card reader to upload the photos to my computer.
I keep a Cellphone folder under Pictures.

From the specs of your Atrix 2 you should have the same capability.

Re: Photography in general I prefer my Canon Powershot or DSLR whenever possible.
