Couldn't find this info in the search, but I have this card in my Windows machine. That machine also boots to PCLOS, so checked it out. Koutech IO-PEU433 is a pcie card with 3 external connections and one internal.
It's expensive, but it worked right off with PCLOS 64-bit. (I hope it works with 32-bit, because I just ordered another one for my "real" Linux machine. Note: Windows needs a driver, but PCLOS "just works."
LSPCI says the guts are from VIA Technologies. I think it's being phased out, but Amazon has a few.
