Photobucket upload/download problem

Dear group, i recently installed the latest version of Pclinux.  With my previous version i used Photobucket with no problems.  Now that i have changed versions the Download box won't appear so i cant select my photos to transfer to Photobucket.

My guess it's a problem with a plugin, but how do i know which one is broken/missing?

Anyone have any thoughts please?

that only is related to the forum, forum rejects links to photobucket

the problem that Dreamofgilgamesh is mentioning seems to be related to a local tool in his machine

what i don't know is where did he found that tool or if it is a plugin/addon for a specific web browser or what

Well I don't really know  more to add. When you click on upload a window is supposed to open showing your  hard drive disk structure allowing you to select which photos to upload. It worked before I updated my system, now it doesn't.
