GIMP from our repo already does CMYK, but it produces negatives instead of positives of the separations, presumably on the basis they will be used in a photographic process. Colors->Components->Decompose, select the model from the list.
OMIGOSH! Thsi works! I have to inver the image afer separtion, but i works! Wow! Awesome! How the heck did I miss this???
