where did the "kde4-config" package get its default pclinuxos setting from?
I assume its "/etc/skel/.kde4".
Normal user can not enter the folder, so i assume you will have to log in to root in one way or another and then copy and paste the folder over.

Now it works
The strange thing is these files in "/etc/skel/.kde4", the contents are of root and they are different from normal configuration of user.
Then i don't know if the system'll work fine in future.
However now it works and it's all right
