Do I need to install from KDE 2012.06 T.R. to KDE 2012.08

Now I find it is NECESSARY to reinstall Windows (nasties) and so will install KDE2012.08 too

Will revisit these posts to see the procedures for repositories too.

What a way to spend the afternoon eh???

Remember to backup your /home partition, if you have one, or your /home/<you> directory, if you don't have a separate /home partition, to save all your personal settings and data.

Computer up & running again dual boot PCLos KDE/XP

But the repository is the same heatnet XFCE4 & really slow

Please excuse the delay - has been a hectic week here and YES

This is what repositories show --->>> main updates nonfree kde games xfce4 - and heatnet is back up to normal speeds
