PCLinuxOS Developer roll call - please answer :)

I have been meaning to compile a list of the tireless people who seem to keep this distro running. I feel they should be acknowledged in a proper place / page.

I wish to use this thread to create a list of developers of PCLinuxOS and then add a page to the Wiki containing that list. (Which should be updated dynamically as new developers join / leave)

I expect this list should include Programmers, Packagers and Artists. (The other group of Testers, Forum Administrators, Website Administrators, Donators are not included NOT because their contribution is inconsequential but because it would be near impossible to be up-to-date without a dedicated team for this alone.)

Since this forum is the fulcrum for interactions, I think we should use forum id as the primary identifier.

Please use serial numbers to identify each.

I will begin :

1. Texstar (Main developer)
    Packager.

2. Neal
   Packager.

3. pinoc
   Packager.

4. Old Polack
   Packager.

5. Archie
   Packager / Artist.

Now there are many many more who should be there in this list. Please help me...

Some packagers at least, appear to concentrate on packages that could be grouped together .....  maybe communications, video, audio, KDE, LXDE, 64 bit .....  or whatever.

It would also be of interest to know what areas - if any - some packagers concentrate on.

I would also like to see such a list .......   in fact I do not know why there has not been such a list for a long time.

Whatever field of expertise you can think of, Texstar would be in all of them... 

Considering myself, I would be a Basic Packager but predominantly a Developer with expertise in Internationalisation, custom scripts, KDE-DE, and Remastering.

Additional fields of expertise for such a table could be: Artwork, DE (Desktop Environment), Kernel, Hardware-support, etc.

I started with music notation programs, branched into other desktop applications. Now, I've had to dabble in some core libraries to get apps to work, and finally, I've begun a quest to tackle the kernel.

Good idea. But unfortunately that will be too complicated for me to follow up on. (Consider my history of creating a list of PCLinuxOS specific software sometime earlier)
At present, let us first create a basic list with the attributes as mentioned above. Let us try to complete this list.
You are welcome to add details as you feel, which will definitely be useful when the field get expanded.

i started with openmpi but today i wonder how did i get it working xD

but currently i try to package a lot of different things to learn more and more about packaging.
Mh and i think i take a special care of some latex editors, games and maybe lxde (just 10 packages it has no real release cycle nor is it a bundle.)

maybe a suggestion for a further function but maybe there are also a lot of people translators?
i add for most apps i packaged German translations for the summary and description, i also translated some apps from leiche and helped him programming one or two
