Why is there no updated package for FlightGear?

Whoever is working on a FlightGear 2.6 or 2.8 package needs to get it done really soon!  I can't install an older version because of the dependencies and none of the packages from other distros work!  Help!  I am forced to use some other distro or even (yuck!) Windoze!  I need my flightgear fix!

at the moment pclinux team is working on new isos with lots of changes so no much time for games

if you have the knowledge, you can help packaging that game so others can play it

I appreciate your enthusiasm for PCLinuxOS. Don't worry, it won't be too long. Our packagers are working very hard on making the best 64-bit Linux ever. We are also keeping other programs up to date. As T6 said, we prioritize packages that users request. There is an official place for all package request, but until you've made at least 10 posts in the forum, you can't even see the section.

yes it was really disrespectful but probably made by a young person that wants to play a game

sometimes a polite reply helps, but if he doesn't come back then it only will matter to us who handled situation properly
