Repo sync failed with ibiblio

There was a rather large upload today. Perhaps you were syncing while the upload was happening?     

No it has been a problem for a couple of days .....  refusing connection

Neal,  I sync my repository 3 times a day, at 6am, 2pm and 10pm.  This has been happening for the past couple of days.

This is what was in the email from my 2pm rsync session

rsync: failed to connect to distro.ibiblio.org: Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(122) [receiver=3.0.4]

This problem is not being cause because I have been trying to rsync during an upload.   I could understand 1 or 2 perhaps even 3 times. but this has now happened over 12 times in a row each time being separated by a 8 hour time span.

Hmm...... that would seem to be a connection problem between your server and ibiblio..... hmm......

This is getting really old quickly, hope they get it fixed soon.
