PiTiVi won't run

Just installed the current pitivi package from the repos and when I execute it from a terminal, it seg-faults:

Segmentation fault

Confirmed here .....  same result.

Maybe report it in 'broken packages' section?

Getting exactly the same problem on current KDE 2012 build.
Is there anything I can do to dig further, maybe there are some logs which might help?
