I've not tried this before other than in the office with ethernet. There it was a matter of attaching a print server to the printer, then, at the PC, map LPT to a server/device.
Something like lpt: \\servername\printserver.
Well at home, I have Brother laser printer attached via USB, to a Windows 7 PC.
My wife would like to be able to print from her new netbook running PCLinuxos.
I have another netbook that I could use if helpful.
Can't we use PCLinusos on the dormant netbook as a print server, and attach the Brother printer to it, and be able to print remotely.
Oh yeah, all the PCs are wireless.
I was under the impression that with Linux, most all things are possible. :=)
