Description
When using Firefox version 13.0 users may experience the following issues when accessing Yahoo! Mail:
"Session Expired" message prompting to sign in again
a "looping login" when signing in Resolution
We have received several reports from customers getting automatically signed out from Yahoo! Mail when using Firefox version 13.0.
Workaround: Please try to access Yahoo! Mail in a different web browser or use a previous version of Firefox to access your Yahoo! Mail account.
Status: We would like to reassure you that our engineering team is investigating this issue and we are doing our best to have a resolution in place as soon as possible.
