[SOLVED] What is restore-kde-desktop?

While doing updates to my desktop today, I noticed this new package called restore-kde-desktop in the New in repository section.
Anyone knows what does it do?

Packaging well will cure headaches of many :) But learning to package will cause headaches in many :(
