why pulseaudio doesn't run good on intel hda?
« on: June 11, 2012, 05:30:23 AM »
I don't understand this thing, I have a big problem with pulseaudio , I tried it some times, but it doesn't run fine, I listen some noise with it, now I can't  mute the speakers when I put in the headphones, and seems that this bug doesn't have any solution. In ubuntu I opened a bug report but it doesn't have any solution

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pulseaudio/+bug/1008742

I can only use alsa , I hope that pulseaudio will improve the quality of sound in the near future.

Maybe if you posted some information this would mean something ......  as it is I have no idea of your hardware, what software you have installed, or what you have done to get the functionality you want.
