I have been eyeing ASUS U32U an AMD Brazos E450 based notebook.

What is the general experience with this particular chip / setup and PCLinuxOS or Linux in general?

I have been particularly vary of Bluetooth/Wireless after not being able to use Bluetooth on my HP Mini which has some incompatible Motorola/Cambridge Silicon bluetooth.

Yep. They are asking about double the average netbook price.

I just did an install on an Acer AO-722 that has much the same hardware, just a C-60 processor and Radeon HD 6290 for GPU instead of an E-450.  Same A50M chipset, though.

This model is pretty close to what I got:  http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/LU.SFT02.292

I have everything up and running on it under KDE, and it seems to run quite nicely.  I can't speak to the Bluetooth compatibility, as I don't have that, but the wireless works fine.  Getting the sound to behave took some troubleshooting, but it is working fine now.  Haven't tested the HDMI output under Linux with it, though.

I have a D443 (eMachines=Asus now) with a E450 and AMD Radeon HD6320 and it is a disaster.
It ONLY runs Windows.
That is to say I was after a lot of trials able to install Linux (most live cd's I tried simply didn't boot the thing) and then I thought "all fine" for a day or so as all was running and working fine.
However booting it up again after a shut down is the problem. It boots up to login and then simply hangs.
I set it up dual boot (as I was suspecting hardware problems) but it runs Windows 7 like a champion.  Turns out a Linux unfriendly laptop and this one I would anyone advice to avoid.

I mean THIS ONE  Maybe you can compare specs.

I was mislead by the fact that I am using AMD since 1998 and it came pre-installed with a limited version of Linpus Linux.  Turns out useless.

I'm running the fglrx proprietary driver, and it's doing just fine so far.

So,
1. Buying online is NO GO because I wont be able to check it out physically.
2. I need to carry a PCLinuxOS fully updated LiveUSB with me to showrooms and check by running a live session.

That is not possible in the small town where I live. I have a visit to Bangalore coming up next month. Will try this stunt there and see.
