4GB, single core processor could be faster and depends on which cpu-speed it have.
Most dual-cores supports 64bit.

I'm sure most shops will let you set up your preferred hardware configs these days. RAM is not that expensive and CPUs should cost more than those. Of course, it also depends on which CPU.
