Well, I am not sure if I am posting the right place for this problem, or if it's OK for me to ask...
Just recently, I purchased a Sylvania small portable DVD player. The player specs state it has:
"the ability to playback a wide range of formats you'll have access to your DVD library as well as burnt video CD's and DVD's. Other supported formats include DVD, VCD, MP3 and JPEG photos for music and pictures, and works on many different CD mediums including DVD -/+, R/RW and CD R/RW."
Now, I have a number of youtube files. I don't know why but some are .flv, .mp3, and .mp4 and not all one file extention. However, using K3b I have burned them to a CD-ROM disc and a DVD disc and when trying to play them on the portable DVD player, I get the message "Unklnown Disc."
Am I trying to do an impossible thing? Is there a better way to accomplish this?
I burned audio mp3 files on a CD-ROM disc and can play them on the Sylvania unit, but do not understand why I cannot do the same with these youtube files.
Can someone enlighten me?
