Suddenly I was not able to login to this forum from my machine. I get the following error.

Even as a guest I am not able to login. Can someone please tell me how to resolve this. I am currently
logged in from my friend's machine

Your ISP hosts a large number of spammers, and also issues IP addresses dynamically, rather than assign static addresses to specific individuals. Your previous IP address has been replaced with one previously used by an active spammer who has been banned because of that activity, therefore you must do whatever it takes to have yet another IP address assigned, and hope it has not also been misused, and subsequently banned.
While you are at it, you might also complain to your ISP, telling them that by not cleansing their service of these abusers, you are personally suffering for their misdeeds, and not getting the full service you are paying for. You might also demand a clean static IP address be assigned to you, if this sort of thing happens often.
Your alternatives would include using a different ISP, or accessing the forum through a proxy server.
