It's is the previous flash-player-plugin.
Howto:
Download the Flash-player-plugin.
Remove the actual flash-player-plugin with synaptic.
Start konsole and su to root.
Go to the folder where it's downloaded.
Type rpm -Uvh flash-player-plugin-11.1.102.62-1pclos2012.i586.rpm
Test it!!

I think i'm missing something.....I extracted it in downloads...etc...?
EDIT: I just checked in pcc : browse and configure hardware >videocard.... and a window popped up saying
"Your Xorg configuration file is broken, we will ignore it." ...................
Who's "we"...and maybe its a Nvidia driver snafu....? Theres an old Nvidea video card installed : Description:
NV15GL [Quadro2 Pro]...The client says he did'nt touch anything...etc...
Maybe I'm looking to a "re-install"......

...i have lxde2011.09, and 2012.01 CD's with me....and goin to 'speriment' some more...
