Workaround in LXDE/Openbox for artifacts with ATI card

If anyone else had the misfortune to run into this bug when using LXDE/Openbox I found a workaround. Just run "xcompmgr" It does the same basic thing as the KDE effects do. (You may notice the semi-transparent tooltips in GTK now).
