An SSD is just another storage device, really. Put
what you want on there, whatever does what you need or want done on your computer. It's kinda hard knowing what
you would consider best with the information given, since you have not indicated what the intended OS needs to do for you.
If you're looking to save maximum space for applications and data, though, consider one of the MiniMe respins. With 240 GB, though, that really shouldn't be a consideration unless you're doing heavy CAD, 3D rendering or other multimedia stuff.
