How to Change Blueman Device Manager?

I want to modify Blueman Device Manager to use Dolphin as browser instead of Nautilus. I figured out where to change it now the question is what is the command line option for Dolphin to open the BT device. The Nautilus command is "nautilus --browser obex://[%d]"

I found this that might work but there is no obexfs for PCLOS, of course.

Of course I did, no good. But I think I halfway solved it:

dolphin bluetooth:///%d

This opens up dolphin and it starts scanning for BT devices. However, Blueman's MAC format uses : while dolphin needs - separators. The MAC is displayed in the path bar, so it at least helps you click the right device in the list. Why on God's green Earth can't they standardize on something benign as a colon or dash??? Or make programs except both.

It's stupid things like this why Linux will never be a mainstream desktop. Basic, 18 year old technology still don't work like it should.

Install  blueman , bluez and their dependencies, with the addition of  obexftp and  libobexftp0.

Reboot and insert your bluetooth dongle, start bluetooth manager.

right click bluetooth icon

select local services
select transfer
select advanced

set folder to Downloads
tick the ‘accept files from trusted devices’ box

nautilus --browser obex://[%d]
change to
dolphin obex://[%d]


pair devices and mark trusted.
I’ll be interested in the results.
