I have read Links A, B and C and realize that being a tester has risks that I am solely responsible for, I accept this risk gladly and waiver all liability from PCLinuxOS for any potential damage to data or information on the machine that is to upgraded to testing status

Being a pedant, I have corrected the grammar. The verb is "waive", "waiver" is a noun and the sentence I have pasted above (albeit with that correction) is a waiver.

Well if we're going to be testing, attention to detail is essential!!

I have 'testing' PCLOS since I started with Preview 0.92 in 2005. I haven't found a reason to leave it yet so it is time I contributed to the cause.  ;D
