Problem solved width rpm from last Russian version distributive: http://repo.pclinuxos.su/rulinuxos/apt/etc/2011/RPMS.main/addlocale-5.0-1etc2011.noarch.rpm

If you have problems with addlocale then you should first look in the addlocale thread for further information. For example this one and stop using counterfeit version from unofficial sites. These idiots modify my script without informing or even asking me. So now you have version 5.0, too bad for you because that version does not exist and you will not be able to install any official updates for 4.1 and later. You can say thank you to the guys supplying unofficial software to an unofficial russian repository 
if you want to get back to official support you should uninstall any unofficial packages and stick with what you get from the official repo.
