These files are NOT deleted after creation.
If you mean the M$ hiberfil.sys file [hibernation file] as said never use it, so I remove it with powercfg -h off via Command prompt, [it also removers hibernation choice from the Power Options] and can be easily [replaced] put back with the powercfg -h on command.
