I visited http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/web-sites-on-web-server/  and got a result that there are 4 domains hosted on the same web server as 199.231.58.82 :

If I use my hosts file to point www.bellacor.com to 199.231.58.82 I simply see the pclos home page, so the server does not appear to be implementing virtual hosting of that site.
