I don't know if this is going to be of any help.
It just popped into my head whilst assembling my new bought bookshelves.

Can you access another PCLinuOS dedicated site, look there for a link to this main site or forum and see if you get through

If yes, I think that would point to a ISP problem rather than a Government problem

As I am using an online proxy,I can not switch where "there" is linked to,it is just a plaint text in my
browser. This problem is one of the limitations with a proxy!
You are so kind that you are still considering this issue while doing your own business^-^
(I can not use those little yellow emotional faces, can not bold or italicize and so on,
It is inconvenient facets of using proxy too)

I have seached some websites which URLs contain the key word "pclinuxos",and visit them nomally:
http://mypclinuxos.com/
http://pclinuxoshelp.com/index.php/Main_Pag
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCLinuxOS
http://pclinuxos-fr.org/

So I just can not visit pclinuxos.com(offical website) only in China!

So, just to make it cristal clear ( for my own benefit, as I can be a dummy sometimes..( OK, most of the times )) when you link to http://mypclinuxos.com/ you can get to the web site normally, but in that website , when you click the link on the left side, you get << nowhere ? >>

It shows:

You don't have permission to access /forum on this server.
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at www.pclinuxos.com Port 80

It is the same as I directly visit pclinuxos.com/forum in browser!

OK, now a question, not to you but to << some-one-in-the-PClinuxOS-website-setup>., and I don't know who that would be, but
is it possible that some internet domains/ISP's are blacklisted.
This is a valid question, as I , staying in Thailand, have been blocked by the good people of < Porteus > , which have corrected this , and not to long ago by a site called < aweber > for same reasons as <Porteus folks did > (( all reasons were very valid, as I was shown log files ))
So, I checked with my friend in N-Zealand, and he had no problems.
I checked with a friend in Indonesia, he had no problems

So, can we make sure of this first? Just make sure and rule it out ?

I think you are right, espeically this question may be  to "some-one-in-the-PClinuxOS-website-setup".Sometimes,it is not often,When I visit a foreign website,it will show a message like this
"You do not have permission to access this service in your region..." or something similar! So it denies my request according to my IP address. From the result of using tracert(http://postimage.org/image/kk1amgku7/),I think there is nothing wrong in my ISP,right? So I think it is an issue of web sever setting of pclinuxos,I just suspect,it is not an offense. and I do not know whether there is a relation between pclinuxos and Centos, because the page always shows it is a page about Centos(http://postimage.org/image/lrxlxn4hr/),and at the end of the page there is a link which refers to centos.org,I can visit centos.org nomally.

With your file browser (not your web browser), open /usr/share/doc/HTML. Scroll down to the file index.html. Click it. It should open your web browser to http://www.pclinuxos.com/

I have saved a copy of the page which is what I got while visiting pclinuxos.com,is it help?
If it is help,I can send it to you too!but I do not know how to do this easily, uploading it to website like hotfile.com?
