Opening email links from xxxterm.

Probably one for Hootiegibbon:

How do I associate Sylpheed with xxxterm so that email links open when clicked in the browser please? My puzzler is sore from research. The variety of commands available is staggering but none appear to go where I want to go.

Looking into this , xxxterm is mime-type compliant, just gotta figure out the syntax.
