I must be the dames person in PCLOS community. I can not figure out of how to change the background photo. In Gnome version is easy, but KDE give me a finger. I downloaded and installed new theme, but did not change. Hate to go back to Gnome.

As for the background, right click on the desktop and choose "desktop settings". A window will open where you can change the background amd other settings.

Themes, icons, and lots of other settings can be changed in "Configure your desktop" in the menu.

To change the background you may have to choose "unlock widgets" first.
All that is is good. PCLinuxOS is.
