iView unsucessful - "Download failed!"

Sorry, I cannot help with this particular app problem; but, in case you did not know, Internode ISP includes ABC iView as part of its Unmetered content. I simply use Firefox to go to iView link from their pages and download all I want. Works a treat!

I'm able to watch trailers, but nothing else. Seems content is limited to Australia.

That surprises me.  iView-gtk is supposed to download files.  I can watch them in a browser.

I just went to their site in my Firefox browser. If I try to view a program, I get the following.



Don't know if it applies to every show, but it has to every one I tried.

Thanks.  The quality is excellent when you can view it.  I wonder how they handle a proxy.  The reference to 'download' must refer to viewing because I find no provision for downloading.
