lxpolkit is not dependent on any lxde libs. It does not matter what requires lxpolkit as it only runs when lxde is installed. lxpolkit package is only 23k so it isn't going to make a bit of difference whether it is on a livecd or not. Making a lot of noise about nothing.

I was just wondering about it, nothing more. I didn't know it worked only when Lxde is installed (tried to get it to work in an Openbox only install some weeks ago...). Thanks for your answer Texstar.

I got the same error message after running an upgrade via Synaptic.  I found the same resolution as Tex and going to menu / More Applications / Configuration / Configure your LXDesktop / System Tab / Session Settings / Unchecking the PolicyKit Authentication Agent  fixed the problem.

Thank you for the answer!  My wife and I run PCLinuxOS LXDE on both of our laptop/netbook.  First time this popped up, I came here to the Forum, knowing that someone would know the answer!
