After boot , Thunar lauch in 10 seconds .(Solved)

Hi all ,

i install PCLinuxOS XFCE 2011.07 Full , and i have some problems, first Thunar, after boot lauch in more 10 seconds .
nothing help in console :
[patrick@localhost ~]$ thunar
[patrick@localhost ~]$

and you can see my .xsession-errors  :
