Not sure if anyone can say 100%.
For me Kernel 2.6.38.8 and above work well with my hardware. Anything below 2.6.38.8 I have trouble suspend/hibernate due to USB 3.0 Host Controller. I need to have USB 3.0 enabled in my BIOS because I have USB 3.0 docking system.

I have two desktop PCs both identical except the other CPU is an AMD Phenom II X4 965.
Motherboard you linked have USB 3.0 if you need to enable it then 2.6.38.8 and up should fine.
