Tablet with the Android OS
« on: December 09, 2011, 09:23:39 PM »
Can anyone recommend a tablet running Android with 3G?  It is going to power a card reader for a friends business.  The software/hardware for the card reader only works with Android or iOS (iPad).  It is really hard to justify a iPad to only run a card reader. Thanks for any suggestions.

You could always try Acer A510w , It as 3G, wifi, usb, micro sd, and even hdmi output, ( wife plays Angry Birds on it hooked up to a 42 hd tv)  and is android 2.3, with upgrade to 3.0 and soon 4.0 Ice cream sandwich, It's a 10 inch pad with gorilla glass and solid build.  I've had mine since September and been very happy with it. Also you can install a mod android os.  ;D ;D
