<Answered>Can't Install Remaster in VB

When I try to install a PCLOS remaster in VB The installer gives me the error not enough space, only 3.45Gb, need 5Gb. I originally had an expanding disk set up in VB but I deleted that and switched to a fixed disc of 8Gb. On my real world hard drive I have 140Gb free in home and 30Gb free in root. Is there a solution? I am choosing the "use whole disk" option in the installer. The live DVD is 1.8 Gb.

Just make a fixed / dynamic size disk of 20-25GB, and you're settled (apparently, you've space enough, so...  )
=> as far as I think, that's the most simple solution??

PS: it can't hurt to make a virtual HD of 30GB or larger even....

I would simply create a new VDI hard drive.

The VM's hard disk will only use what's required so will "expand" as more stuff is added, so as rubes advised, a 30GB drive would be more than adequate as your install will only take a percentage of that (and PCLinuxOS won't see the VM/VDI as a 30GB file but only the percentage used)

Thank you all. For now my install of PCLOS is fubared for reasons unknown so first I will need a working install of PCLOS to start.
