A small detail :)

Since my install of PCLInuxOS KDE, the progress bar in boot screen wasn't accurate about the real loading process. Half the way up, the system has booted! Suddenly this was fixed and the system loads when progress bar reaches the end.

Was it an update run? Was it a miracle? Was it the mystical programming powers of Tex and Co?

Mine did the same , but I thought nothing of it as everything was working fine. Then, as you say, the bar started going to the end but boot took no longer, so I still took no notice. It was obviously nothing too important.
