sorry if I missed it in my search, but would like to find a way to move here or move to for right click menu and or drag and drop menu..

this copying every time is getting to be a bother.. ;D ;D

sorry if I missed it in my search, but would like to find a way to move here or move to for right click menu and or drag and drop menu..

this copying every time is getting to be a bother.. ;D ;D
     
Drag 'n drop is the easy part. Left click the file (or highlighted group of files) and while holding the mouse button down, drag it to where you want to move it. Release the mouse button to drop the file.     
Neither of these is in PCManFM's right click menu.

that only gives me copying.. I do not want to copy.. I want to move a file or folder..

Not exactly a move to or move here option, but you can cut and paste. If you don't mind using another file manager, xfe has copy to and move to right-click options.

Cut moves the item from point A to point B, once paste is selected. It's different than copy and paste.

yep.. but think my install got messed up somehow..??  so I needed more space and installed another TB .. am shifting things over to it now.. wanting to install your 64, but its not ready yet  ;D though it is pretty spiffy on the other twin .. though this one has now got a gforce card ..not so identical anymore the twins  ;D
