With printer switched on during boot it's not detected. In PCC > Manage Your Hardware > Browse & Configure Hardware I checked the box to autodetect printers. In Configure Printing & Scanning > Setup The Printer, Print Job Queues etc. I click the button and nothing happens!
I have the same annoyance here (( that is,
before the update of today Friday 11 ).
However, if I go to : PC/more apps/printing/HP.... ( in the menu ), then every thing works fine !
Will try with the new update today. Must get other cartridge first .
