Winter is coming. My guess is he'll sell the rights to a patent Troll who will commence to suing your kids after the first snowfall.

There need to be more of these, the more stupid they get, the easier it will be to reform the whole thing.
But the chance of that happening is sadly not very good. The big boys like it because it help them keep everybody else at bay and they use it to move around money around themselves in cross patent deals.
