I have some trouble reaching the signal of my home router, which is a b/g signal, with my laptop in some areas of the house. My laptop has a b/g antenna and I was thinking about buying a usb external adaptor with the new "n" standard.
If my router is not "n" will I still get major improvements in the quality connection as they say???

Thx

You will get some improvement for receiving data from the router to the adaptor ... but sending data to the router will not be at top speed ... upgrade both is you can for better signal strngth both sides ...
