The proposed comparison gave me not the same md5sum among the burned dvd and the iso on the hd,
The next time you write an iso image,
try to use the lowest possible speed, and of course, at the end of the process verify the md5sum again.
additonally i check in synaptic and found that i still have 2.6.33.5 pclos1.bs, which mean according to you that i should burn the iso differently.
Using that older kernel you should use mylivecd
--lzma ...
Now i don't know how to do it, or should i update my kernel? how i know if the new kernel would work for my system?

Upon installation of a new kernel, the older one is not removed, therefore you will be able to boot using the newly installed kernel (default) or to manually select the previous one. If you feel however unsure, you can download a recent PCLinuxOS ISO (2011-06 or 2011-07) and start it as liveCD, they provide kernels 2.6.38.8.x.
Note also that there was a post from Texstar, explicitly requiring to update kernel:
