TAP Click not working on PCLOS E17-Light 64bit <SOLVED>

Hi,
I have a problem that my tap click is no longer working after a recent update E17 is now in version 0.16.999.0 I have look everywhere and all is set correctly.
I have tried all the solutions that I could find on the forum and I could get my scrolling back to work, but tap click is still not working.
I could not find anywhere that it was/is disabled the only thing I can not change is the driver it self. When I go to hardware them mouse it is always on "universal --> any USB & PS/2 Mouse" and I can't set it to "GlidePoint".
My PC is an ACER 5315 and Like I said I am running PC Linux OS E-17 Light 64bit on it. Before the update all was working fine and as far as I know nothing got changed except for the update.
any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks in andvance
