Ctrl-A (copy all) files in this last folder. Put them into a new folder on a usb-stick.
On the PCLOS side, open Dolphin, View..show hidden files. Open the thunderbird folder. Paste contents of "your"
369s4yah.default into PCLOS equivalent-equal-to of
369s4yah.default.
It will ask about over-writing, just do it.
Then open Thunderbird in PCLOS, and ALL your stuff is there...!
