This is just one mirror which works well for me but if you go to Pclinuxos home page and on the right click on any distro you would like to try scroll down to the bottom and all the mirrors are listed.  I have installed the test2 iso of KDE and that is the second from the bottom.  It is as stable as it is going to get according to Tex.
