Using the new compression system, what is the max. size of partition that can now be built with mylivecd??

depending on the compressibility of the installed applications ~ 12GB, with some tricks also a bit more, e.g. the FullMonty master is a 12.8GB installation

What i am getting at is what can I image using the -xz compression as opposed to -lzma?

xz compresses better (~5-10%) but takes more time to finish the job. lzma can only be used with kernels older than 2.6.37.
